A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking reservation. For a reservation of 7 or more days, a $100 deposit is required at time of booking.
Exception: If the site you have reserved has been leased out for a year, the park will assign a different site for you.  Thank you for choosing Orchard Ranch RV Resort, enjoy your stay.

All rates are 1-2 people per site. Each additional person will be charged at $2 per day, $10 per week or $30 per month. All overnight guests must be registered with the office on date of arrival and additional fees paid if applicable.
